📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the USA. All orders include free standard shipping.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our products are made-to-order just for you 🐾.
Production: 2–7 business days
Shipping (USA): 2–5 business days
Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days, but please allow up to 12 business days during peak times.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order — here’s how we handle returns:
✅ Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged or defective.
❌ We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing — please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
🔄 Exchanges are not currently offered. If your item is faulty, you can return it for a refund and place a new order.
📩 To request a return, email us at hello@pupperazzigear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
⚠️ Sale items and custom orders are final and non-refundable.
👕 Product Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Each product listing includes a detailed sizing chart. Our tees are unisex with a relaxed fit, so check measurements carefully before ordering.
Do the shirts shrink?
They’re made from preshrunk cotton, but we recommend cold wash & low tumble dry to preserve shape and print quality.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Shopify Pay (secure checkout 🔒).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly! If you need to make a change, email us at hello@pupperazzigear.com within a few hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to help.
